Catering; Juicy Lucy Cafe Young will be providing meals/coffee from Thursday afternoon till Sunday. Brian and Donna cater for all Special Dietary needs. MENU LINK. Bendick Murrell Tavern, up the road is also open for meals.

Gear Check/Marshaling/Warmup; A massive thank you to riders who have replied of what times they can help. More volunteers are needed. If you can Help please email , times of when you can help. GEAR CHECK ROSTER LINK When it is your time, please present to the Gear check shed, collect a vest, where you can decide where you would like to be. At all times, 2 at Gear check, minimum of 3 on Warm up, Minimum of 2 on Marshaling.
Arriving at the grounds; No Horses/vehicles to arrive prior to Wednesday. As soon as possible report to Information desk to collect you rider bag/package, event program. Information desk will be open from 1pm Thursday.
Raffle Books; All competitors have been posted a raffle book. Please return these to the Information desk when you arrive. Extra tickets are available at the Information Desk.
